In cases where a passenger has lost their bag or the bag has been misplaced, the passenger has to make sure that they retain the baggage identification tag that was given to them when first checking in.
If the passenger’s baggage does not appear in the baggage reclaim belt/carousel, then they should proceed to the Oman Air Baggage Enquiry counter, which is located at the reclaim area. The baggage enquiry counter will assist the passenger, provide a claim reference for baggage retrieval and follow up.
